Welcome to GPT Image2, an AI image generation platform built on OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use GPT Image2.

Use of the Service

GPT Image2 gives you access to gpt-image-2's full capabilities:

  • Native reasoning (Thinking mode) for composition planning and fact-aware output
  • ~99% multilingual text accuracy across Latin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and Bengali
  • Up to 8 coherent images per prompt with identical characters, products, and palettes
  • Multi-turn, pixel-preserving editing that changes only what you call out
  • Aspect ratios from 3:1 to 1:3 with native 2K and extended 4K output

You agree to use GPT Image2 in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations — and with OpenAI's usage policies for the underlying gpt-image-2 model.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Intellectual Property

The GPT Image2 product — interface, documentation, brand, and workflows — is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of GPT Image2 is gpt-image2.co. The underlying gpt-image-2 model is owned and operated by OpenAI.

User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the images you generate with GPT Image2, subject to OpenAI's usage policies for gpt-image-2.
  • By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts, reference images, and edit instructions to deliver the requested output.

Acceptable Use Policy

Credits and Payments

  • GPT Image2 runs on a credit-based system
  • Credits are consumed based on mode (Instant vs Thinking), resolution, and output count
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Unused credits may expire according to your plan's terms

Service Availability

  • GPT Image2 targets high uptime but does not guarantee any specific availability
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or rate-limit traffic during incidents
  • Outages caused by upstream providers (including the OpenAI API) are outside our direct control
  • We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GPT Image2 at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Harms other users, GPT Image2, or third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties
